Medway creative agency thinkzest praised for its communication campaign with train operator Southeastern

A Medway firm has been praised for its communication campaign after train operator Southeastern had its license to run services across the county extended until 2018.

Lordswood-based thinkzest, a creative agency, was tasked by Southeastern to manage its communications and has since created a campaign dubbed 'Meeting the challenge.'

Mindful of the challenges faced by the train operator, the thinkzest team created a video, press pack and range of marketing material within a two week time frame.

James Massey, head of marketing at Southeastern, said: "The team at Zest has done a fantastic job in the time available, and everything has been well received.

"The video is excellent and I know that will get lots of positive reviews when it is shown in the coming weeks."

The campaign was based on the everyday face of Southeastern and was people-focused, inspired by the idea of change, development and evolution.
