A MARGATE company is flying high after receiving an Investors in People Award.

The Peak Organisation, based in Cecil Square, advises other companies on how to increase their profits and boost morale. The consultancy employs six people, and has clients across the UK and Europe.

Chairman Paul Crittenden said: "We spend all our time helping organisations larger than us to improve their performance. We have managed to instil the same values in our staff as we do in our clients.

"By doing so we have doubled our turnover and improved profitability. Our staff are our ambassadors.

"It is great to be recognised in this way - it shows we have been successful in putting what we preach into practice ourselves."
