CAXTONS, the Canterbury based chartered surveyors, have taken over Collins & Company, the property specialists. The acquisition of the Canterbury company has strengthened Caxtons' position in the property management and residential lettings divisions.

The enlarged company will absorb Collins' professional and administrative staff. A move to larger premises in the summer is planned.
