The tender process for selling drinks at a leading theatre in the county has begun.

The Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells has put 'wet sales' out to tender with an initial one-year term up for grabs, with the option of two annual extensions.

Over the last year, the theatre has sold over 42,600 'wet' items in addition to its food and confectionary sales.

The deadline for expressions of interest in Wednesday, August 29. The deadline for submissions is noon on Tuesday, September 4.

The contract will be awarded 10 days later with the new contract beginning on Monday, October 1.
