INDEPENDENT Growth Finance (IGF) has appointed Mark O’Neil as commercial director.
Mr O’Neil, who joined the business advice company in 1999, has been promoted from his previous position as regional sales director responsible for the South East.
Based at IGF’s head office in Kent, Mr O’Neil will be responsible for harmonising all aspects of the company’s activities from sales through to operations with a focus on delivering and expanding IGF’s service commitments and product lines to a growing client base.
David Richards, IGF managing director, said: “Mark brings a wealth of experience and understanding, not only of IGF, but of the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
“His appointment will be integral to the continued maintenance of our high levels of customer care and service.”
As well as his duties as commercial director, Mr O’Neil will continue to work closely with the southern business development team, which is responsible for delivering business solutions to SMEs, through an increasing number of financial intermediaries, in the South East.
Mr O’Neil said: “I am really excited about the opportunity to help drive IGF’s continued growth whilst maintaining the company’s clear passion for unrivalled client service.
“IGF is committed to providing a tailored range of innovative financial products to help its clients not only improve their cash flow but also ease their administrative burden.”
