An award-winning travel agency says it is on the prowl for further acquisitions after extending its reach outside the South East for the first time.
Baldwins – which has offices in Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Tenterden, Cranbrook and Sevenoaks – has now stretched its reach into Lincolnshire, opening its latest outlet in Grantham.
Chief commercial officer, Dan Shaw, explained: “Following the opening in Grantham, we are thrilled to further expand our operations through strategic acquisitions.
“We are actively seeking opportunities to acquire travel businesses that align with our values and commitment to delivering unforgettable travel experiences to our customers.”
The firm says it is looking at potential acquisitions across the UK as well as “exploring other revenue drivers for the business outside of the traditional bricks and mortar”.
