BUSINESS leaders from Medway were presented with their Investors in People certificates at a ceremony at Leeds Castle.

IPS International Ltd on the Medway City Estate and Stantons Solicitors, Strood received the awards from Anne-Marie Nelson from the Learning and Skills Council for Medway which funds Business Link Kent's Investors in People programme.

John Stanton, principal of Stantons Solicitors said: "Our reputation is dependent on the service offered by our staff and we recognised that by optimising our strengths as a team we would enhance our service."
