The exciting new qualification is equivalent to A Levels and has been designed in collaboration with leading industry giants such as Cisco, ARM and Siemens.
Over the two-year course, students will gain hands-on industry experience with a local employer and develop specialist skills in College’s state-of-the-art facilities in areas like software design, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, cloud computing, data analysis, internet security and much more.
With the annual salary of web design and development professionals in the UK at £30,160, and programmers and software developers at £44,720, there’s fantastic earning potential for young locals with these in-demand digital skills.
Upon successfully completing the T Level, students will receive a qualification equivalent to three A Levels, offering a wide range of progression opportunities from entering employment, to going to university. Students may also want to continue their education through an apprenticeship, or additional technical or vocational training.
