A coffee and washroom products supplier has bought a refreshments firm.
Edenbridge-based Greenworks Solutions has taken over Zepbrook, which has offices in London and the home counties, and an annual turnover of about £6 million.
The sale allows Zepbrook’s owners Derek and Martina Darley to retire and continues growth fro Greenworks, which saw turnover grow 88.5% to £8.6 million from 2009 to 2013.
Zepbrook were advised on the sale by Baker Tilly’s Corporate Finance team.
Partner Stephen Orriss said: “The sale enables the Darleys to retire from the business knowing it is in good hands with the team at Greenworks who have the expertise and energy to take it to the next level.”
Mr Darley said: “I’m delighted that in Greenworks we have found a similar-minded partner who will build on the firm’s success going forward.”
