KENT Police have released an image of four youths they would like to question in relation to vandalism at Minster Primary School on Sheppey.
Damage costing several hundred pounds was caused when numerous windows were smashed. This has caused inconvenience to the school and the Island Neighbourhood Team are investigating.
Sgt Neil Kimber said: “This thoughtless vandalism has not only caused disruption to the school but will also cost several hundreds of pounds to rectify.
"We take these anti-social acts seriously and have released this image in the hope that our investigation will result in arrests.
“Young people in Minster are working hard to get a good education and it is not fair that this mindless behaviour could put that in jeopardy.
“I am hopeful that someone may recognise the clothing worn by the suspects and come forward. All calls are in the strictest confidence and will be fully investigated.”
The vandalism occurred sometime between Friday, December 30 and Monday, January 2.
Anyone able to help police with their investigation is asked to contact Kent Police on 01795 584040.
