This is the moment a tanker full of waste tipped down a grass bank on the A21 today.
The accident happened at 10.30am near Tonbridge just before the A26 slip-off for Southborough.
Emergency services then turned up to rescue the Mercedes lorry carrying non-hazardous waste material.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "The lorry was travelling northbound.
"Shortly before the incident a Land Rover and trailer, which was ahead of the lorry, jack-knifed and collided with the central reservation.
"As it approached the Land Rover the lorry collided with the central reservation and flipped over.
"It crossed the southbound carriageway and went down the bank."
The truck driver was injured although the extent of his injuries are not known yet.
He has been taken to Kent and Sussex Hospital.
