A motorist was taken to hospital with minor injuries after two cars were involved in an accident on the M2 near Gillingham today.
Police and ambulance crews were called to junction four of the London bound carriageway at 12.45pm.
Traffic built up while highways staff cleared debris in the road.
Part of the crash barrier was damaged.
