PLANESTATION, the company that owns Kent International Airport at Manston, has today announced that it has bought EUjet.

The company purchased 30 per cent of the airline before flights started but has now aquired the further 70 per cent needed to own the company as a whole.

Chief executive PJ McGoldrick is believed to be staying in post.
