As I explained last week, Jiggle Wiggle is one of my favourite dogs at the track and true to form she did not let me down as she romped to victory last Saturday morning at odds of 4/1.

She is the type of greyhound that will always repay your support if you continue to follow her.

As they say – luck is temporary, class is permanent and she is testament to the saying.

Performance of the week for me came from We Never Knew, who flew around the track to record a time 23.46 in an A6 race over 380 metres.

This win followed her victory in an A7 race five days earlier and I would now give you no better than even money that she will now go on to land a third straight win.

The clock does not lie and a time of 23.46 would be good enough to win in a couple of grades higher so if she traps next time, who is going to catch her?

Litter brother and sister Key Braker and Key Fixer had a good week as both won in grades A3 and A4 respectively.

Trainer Patsy Cusack will have been pleased with the manner of both wins as his dogs returned times of 23.54 and 23.39 which leaves room for further improvement from both greyhounds.

I would imagine that Key Fixer is the more likely to win again but both must have great chances.

I don’t normally tip hurdlers but a mention is in order for Knowledgenwisdom who won a top grade H1 race on Friday night in an excellent time of 23.71 seconds.

This was the dog’s 29th career race but his first here for Crayford trainer Barry O’Sullivan at graded level.

I am still trying to figure out why the dog returned a price of 4/1 given that he had finished second recently in Open races at both Romford and here at Crayford.

His odds on those occasions were 14/1 and 10/1 respectively but given how the dog had run, I would have envisaged a shorter price on Friday in a graded event.

Take the positive now out of this performance, this looks like a decent dog and clearly he likes running here. Look out for a repeat.
