With Gillingham 2-0 down and struggling at Gigg Lane, Mark McCammon was introduced by Andy Hessenthaler at half-time andthe striker had a big impact on the game.
Adebayo Akinfenwa had already reduced the deficit to 2-1 before Bury restored the two-goal advantage but the burly striker headed anotherto bring the score to 3-2.

Within two minutes it was 3-3 and the Gillingham players mobbed Danny Spiller for his goal as Gills pull level.
After Bury had retaken the lead Chris Palmer fired in a superb fourth goal for Gillingham to bring the visitors back to 4-4 in the roller-coaster game.
However the hosts grabbed a fifth and Gillingham had no answer as boss Andy Hessenthaler claps the travelling fans after the 5-4 defeat.
