Carols around the hospice Tree of Love

By: Carol Davies

Hospice Tree of Love

A special carol service was held at the Pilgrims Hospice in Margate for local residents for whom this Christmas is a time not only to rejoice but to remember.

The poignant gathering at the hospice, in the grounds of the QEQM hospital, was held around the 'Tree of Love' - a Christmas tree decorated with tags displaying the names of much-missed friends and family.

Simultaneous services were held at the Pilgrims Hospices' two other centres in Canterbury and Ashford.

To complete a tag for your loved one or for more information about the Trees of Love campaign, pick up a leaflet at any Pilgrims Hospices reception or call 01227 782062.
