Kent developer Prior Homes picked a countryside spot for its latest luxurious homes, at High Halden, near Ashford.
Two houses are on offer, both with stamp duty pre-paid and £10,000 cash back offered on completion if contracts are exchanged by Friday, November 30. Both homes have five bedrooms, two en-suites and a family bathroom.
The Quercus, top property, priced at £610,000, has a 44ft open plan kitchen and entertaining area stretching across the back of the house. There are stunning countryside views from the two large sets of patio doors.
The white, weather-boarded Salix, above, priced at £550,000, has a large, L-shaped kitchen and entertaining area with French-style doors overlooking the back garden and a pretty pond and trees.
Both houses have a utility, cloakroom and a study. The houses have oak internal doors, antique-style door fittings and oak staircases.
The contemporary kitchens have a full range of integrated appliances and Travertine flooring. Bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors.
Each property has a double garage and driveway parking.
The closest train stations are at nearby Pluckley, or Headcorn and there are a number of schools close by.
