With less than two weeks until Christmas, a homeless charity say they've found hundreds of people who are on the streets in Kent.

Porchlight have been helping rough sleepers since they set up in Canterbury 45 years ago - and they say things haven't got any better over the years.

Also in today's episode: a man's described the moment he was attacked with a knife after refusing to hand over cash, tributes are being paid to Conservationist David Bellamy who's died at the age of 86, and a Tonbridge man is taking on an Arctic challenge to raise money and awareness for charity.
