Driver quizzed over 'road rage' incident

A 29-year-old motorist is being questioned over a suspected "road rage" incident in which two men from Kent were allegedly assaulted.
The incident is believed to have involved the occupants of two vehicles. It happened at a roundabout at junction 11 of the M23, close to Pease Pottage Services, near Crawley, in West Sussex.
A 28-year-old man from Kent sustained head injuries and a broken shoulder, while a 25-year-old Kent had minor head injuries.
The 29-year-old driver, from Leicestershire, was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and assault. He was detained at about 3.30pm on Sunday, about 30 minutes after the altercation.
Acting Det Ch Insp Nick May said: "This was a rare, but extremely serious incident in the middle of the day." Two vehicles have been seized for forensic examination.
Police want to hear from any drivers who were at the roundabout at the time and may have information.
