Buyers can visit the show home at Pentland Homes development, Kingfisher Place, Shalmsford Street, Chartham, near Canterbury, to find out more about the energy-efficient features.
The homes have economical condensing boilers and low energy LED downlighters.
Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director at Pentland Homes, says: “The recent increase in energy bills is shocking, and it’s no wonder that many families are struggling.
“At Pentland Homes, we are passionate about building high-quality energy-efficient houses. Kingfisher Place offers buyers a whole host of power saving accompaniments including energy efficient condensing boilers, low energy LED downlighters to en-suites and main bathrooms, as well as under floor heating which provides the added bonus of not taking up the wall space that a traditional radiator otherwise would.”
Kingfisher Place is a variety of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes with external characteristics to suit their traditional heritage, including oast-style features and ‘farm-style’ properties with black and white weatherboard.
The properties vary in size and layout. All benefit from double glazed windows throughout, fully fitted kitchens and a range of integrated appliances, fully fitted bathrooms with white sanitaryware and under floor heating to the ground floor.
The first phase of homes released has prices ranging from £249,500 to £499,500.
The four-bedroom show home and sales office are open five days per week – Thursday to Sunday from 9.30am to 4pm, and on Monday from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
