A Eurostar train was delayed in the Channel Tunnel this morning.

The 08.05 Brussels to London service was towed to Ashford where the passengers were transferred to another train.

The cross-Channel operator couldn't confirm whether the problem was related to the weather.

But it comes just weeks after thousands of passengers were stranded in broken-down trains following problems with the cold affecting the electrics.
