Cray, who beat Wingate & Finchley in the first qualifying round, have been drawn at home against the Stones.
Another all-Kent affair sees Folkestone Invicta, winners of Saturday’s first qualifying round against Worthing, earn a home tie against Thamesmead Town.
Margate’s reward for thrashing Whitehawk 5-1 is a home match against AFC Hornchurch.
Tonbridge Angels have also been handed home advantage and they will welcome Enfield Town to the county.
Ramsgate must overcome Arlesey Town on Tuesday night at Southlands in a first qualifying round replay, with the winners playing Uxbridge at home.
