THIS image has been released of a man police want to speak to in connection with an assault on a 17-year-old girl in a Kent town.

The victim was walking along Westmeads Road when she was approached by a man who blocked her path with his bicycle.

He touched her but she managed to run away and escape injury.

The offender is described as 5ft 6in tall, of slim build but with broad shoulders. He had a distinctive gap between his front teeth and his dark-brown hair went into a V-shape at the front of his head.
