Gillingham boss Andy Hessenthaler hopes his side can keep their good form going against Bristol Rovers on Saturday

Gillingham head into the weekend without a win from their last two League 2 fixtures but boss Andy Hessenthaler isn't adding any extra pressure on his players.
Hessenthaler (pictured) knows he has to keep the points ticking over as he targets a place inside the top three.
The Gills have drawn their last two league games, against Bradford and Macclesfield, without scoring a goal.
Those draws don't change anything for the Gills boss, whose side haven't lost in seven.
He said: "There is always pressure in every game and even if we had won the last two we would be putting pressure on ourselves because we want to win every game. This is no different.
"We want to keep the run going and we don’t want to get beaten. In our unbeaten run last year we probably had too many draws in there so it would be nice to get a run of wins.
"If we can do that we will pull ourselves a lot closer to that top three. We still have to play Crawley twice, Southend again and Cheltenham and we don’t fear any of those sides.
"It will be nice to keep the momentum going, on an unbeaten run, and to get a win on Saturday would make it a perfect start to Christmas for us."
The Gills face a Bristol Rovers side on Saturday who currently sit 18th in League 2.
Despite their position they have recently taken a point off high-flyers Southend and Swindon.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Hessenthaler said: "Bristol Rovers have been a bit indifferent, like we were in the first part of last season.
"They have had a new manager go in there with a new philosophy and it takes a bit of time. Paul Buckle is a good manager and he knows what he is doing. He has done well at Torquay and we know it’s not going to be an easy game.
"They have a nice draw themselves in the FA Cup, against Aston Villa. We need to make sure that we take the game to them because we are on our home patch. We need a high tempo from the start and hopefully after the 90 minutes we will be good enough to get the three points."
