First team coach Nicky Southall and boss Andy Hessenthaler need a quick fix

Gillingham have dropped points from their last three League 2 fixtures but boss Andy Hessenthaler believes things will turn back in their favour.

With just one point from their last three games, and without an open-play goal in either, the Gills have slipped down to eighth in the table.

Hessenthaler hopes to find the answer soon and is still chasing a much-needed striker.
