Gillingham manager knows his team are in pole position for promotion and insists he has no interest in results from elsewhere.

A point at Morecambe on Saturday leaves the Gills four points ahead of Port Vale at the top of League 2. A win at Rochdale on Tuesday night would stretch that to a seven point gap.

He talks of the positive impact of half-time substitute Charlie Allen and his hopes of keeping Newcastle United midfielder Michael Richardson.
