A 13-YEAR-old girl has been found dead at her home.

The teenager was named as Hannah Bond, a pupil at Mascalls School, Paddock Wood.

Head teacher Vanessa Everett said: “We are extremely distressed to learn of Hannah’s death.

“She was a very happy and

conscientious student and a delight to teach. She had a wide circle of friends in school and will be missed enormously.”

A Kent Police spokesman said Hannah’s death was not being treated as suspicious. He would not comment on how she died.

A post-mortem examination was held yesterday (Thursday). An inquest will be held.
