The Met Office has issued a yellow warning of rain, and advised there may be some flooding.

The warning was issued this morning and remains in place until 10pm tonight.

The statement said: "Outbreaks of showery rain, heavy and thundery in places, will continue at times until late Saturday. Given the saturated conditions, please be aware that this may well lead to some surface water flooding and disruption to travel."
