From Sevenoaks to Sandwich, high-priced houses are hidden down private roads and leafy lanes across Kent.
Swimming pools, home cinemas and horse stables are just some of the luxury features in the county's priciest pads, according to analysis of HM Land Registry by Varbes - but you'd need a small fortune to make one yours.
For those in the market for a mansion, here are the most expensive streets across Kent....
Luddesdown Road - Average value: £3,807,000
The cost of houses in this road in a rural area of Gravesend is jaw-dropping.
One sold in 2018 for £7.5million. The high prices are partly because there is history in this strip of land.
Another house, by the name of Luddesdown Court, is thought to be one of the oldest “continuously inhabited” homes in England.
More than 1,000 years old, the flint and stone property was once occupied by William the Conqueror’s troublesome half-brother.
Formal gardens, high ceilings vaulted with wooden beams and an indoor swimming pool contribute to the multi-million-pound price-tag.
