Injuries after three-car crash

The Ford Focus involved in the crash - the driver suffered minor injuries.

This is the wreckage of one of the cars involved in a multi-vehicle smash in Kent.

Three people were taken to hospital after a BMW, a Porsche and the Ford Focus pictured collided in London Road, Strood, near Rochester at around noon on Sunday.

It is thought a motorcyclist may have also been involved in the accident.

The driver, a passenger who had been travelling in the Porsche and the driver of the Focus were taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.

All three casualties were male and were thought to have suffered minor injuries.

Firefighters from Strood and Medway stations were on the scene, along with police and paramedics.

There were initial reports that someone was trapped in one of the vehicles.
