Pass the parcel, musical bumps and lucky dip prizes – this is what leavers from Sheerness Neighbourhood Nursery were treated to.

Children from the nursery were thrown a graduation party at Seashells Children and Families’ Centre.

Twenty eight children are leaving the nursery this year and they all made graduation hats to mark the occasion.

They were presented with certificates for attendance and staff also put on a spread of party food for the children

Kerrie Jones, room leader and deputy manager, said: “We had a really good day and all the staff worked really hard.

“It was an emotional day as well but everyone had a good time.”
