Kent man arrested over murder of Daniel Adger, 34 from Eden Green in South Ockendon

A Kent man has been arrested by police investigating a suspected murder in Essex.

Daniel Adger, 34, and from Eden Green in South Ockendon, died in hospital on Monday, August 21 after suffering serious knife injuries.

Yesterday, two men, one aged 30 and one aged 32, were arrested at addresses in London and Kent.

The pair remain in custody.

Earlier Lee Dowman, 50, of Lytton Road, Grays, was charged with murder and appeared before magistrates yesterday.

A 42 year-old man from Tilbury, who had been arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released on bail until September 21 and a 31-year-old woman from South Ockendon, arrested on the same charge remains in police custody.
