Best Christmas trees in Kent

Putting up the Christmas tree is a sign in most households the festive season has well and truly begun.

For some the process is like creating a work of art, with hours spent fussing over every glittery bauble and strand of tinsel.

Others favour a more care-free method, emptying boxes from the loft onto their tree in record-quick time.

But which do you prefer?

We asked KentOnline readers to send us their Christmas tree pictures and they didn't disappoint.

From the bright and colourful to the under-stated and classy, we had them all.

And they were all better than the Herne Bay tree dubbed "Britain's worst" in 2012.
