Government plans to end 'no fault evictions' criticised by controversial landlord Fergus Wilson

Landlords in England will have to give good reasons for kicking out tenants under new plans.

The government says it wants to get rid of "no-fault" evictions.

At the moment renters can be removed with eight weeks notice at the end of their contract.
