Emergency services were called to a crash on the M20 between Ashford and Maidstone.

Police were alerted of the incident, on the London-bound carriageway between junctions 9 and 8, at 8.10am today.

It is not yet known how many vehicles were involved in the collision.

The incident is not thought to be serious and only one motorist has been reported as suffering minor injuries.

Officers will remain on scene while debris is cleared from the motorway.
