A man's body has been discovered near the M20.

Police were called to the Aylesford area between junctions 4 (Leybourne) and 6 (Blue Bell Hill) at about 12.30pm after receiving calls that a man's body had been seen.

He is believed to have hanged himself from a motorway bridge.

The body was recovered by police, who are not treating the death as suspicious. The coroner’s office has been notified. No further details of the deceased are being released at this time.
