SUSPICIOUS circumstances have been ruled out after a man was seen to have fallen over in the street and later died.

David Morville, of Chalk Road, Queenborough, near Sheerness, died in Kings College Hospital, London, three days after suffering head injuries in Castle Street, Queenborough, on May 29.

But Swale Police spokeswoman Sally Smith said that following their investigations they had ruled out any suspicious circumstances.

Mr Morville, 62, who lived alone, was at first taken to Medway Maritime Hospital at Gillingham, and later transferred to the London hosiptal.
