One lucky kmfm listener has won £1,000 in time for Christmas.

Kayleigh Millbank from Wouldham is the final Thousand Pound Friday winner of the year.

The radio station's monthly competition sees listeners enter via text and online to win the prize.

Entries start at 6pm on Thursday and one Kent winner is chosen at random 24 hours later.

Kayleigh was told the news this evening by presenter Numi Gildert.

She will spend some of her prize money on a Playstation 5 for her daughter Abi for Christmas list and on Playstation games for her son Dan.

Next week, one lucky Kent resident will win £2,000 in kmfm’s Cash for Christmas.
