Mystery Kent man wins £500,000 Thunderball prize in National Lottery

A mystery lottery winner from Kent has scooped a life-changing £500,000.

The man, known as Mr S, plans to put his winnings towards a new family home and a trip to Disneyland Paris with his family after winning the top Thunderball prize.

Mr S, who played a personal selection of random numbers, had all five on his ticket, plus the Thunderball.

He has become one of more than eight million players to win each week on The National Lottery’s range of games.

Senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, Andy Carter, said: “Wow! Huge congratulations to Mr S who has won this life-changing prize.

“He and his family can now look forward to a new home and a fun-filled holiday to remember.”

The draw was held on Saturday, May 11.
