The police watchdog has said it will not be investigating the contact Kent Police had with a couple before they died in a suspected 'murder-suicide'.
Catalin Micu and his wife Ramona Stoia were discovered at GothInk in Canterbury last week.
It emerged 54-year-old Micu was on bail and facing allegations of raping his wife.
