Chart topper Olly Murs is to headline a music festival in Thanet this summer.

The former X-Factor runner-up will join hip-hop stars Rizzle Kicks at the Sound Island Festival at Quex Park, near Margate, on July 29.

Olly has been riding high in both singles and album charts since his appearance on the reality show in 2009.

His single, Please Don't Let Me Go, beat Katy Perry to the top spot, while his album, In Case you Didn't Know, also snapped up the number one spot.

As well as performing Heart Skips a Beat with Olly, Rizzle Kicks will perform all their own hits, including their single Mama Do The Hump, which is in the top 10.
