Play-off-chasing Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler targets a third successive win for the first time this season

Three wins on the spin is the aim for Gillingham this weekend as they tackle relegation-threatened Plymouth.
The Gills have not won three consecutive games so far this season but, with two straight victories leaving them now just three points off the play-off positions, another win for Andy Hessenthaler’s men on Saturday would help their promotion cause.
And they head west buoyed by the remarkable 5-4 victory over Hereford on Tuesday night.
Boss Hessenthaler, pictured, said: "Our problem this season and the season before was that we just couldn’t get that consistency of wins. It would be great to do that but we are playing a real tough team in Plymouth, at their place, with seven-odd thousand people there.
"It will be a tough one. They are down there fighting for their lives. It would be lovely to get a win there and then we play our bogey side, Barnet, on Tuesday night and that won’t be easy."
The Gills are now unbeaten in three and could start March right back in the thick of the play-off battle.
Hessenthaler said: "The players’ never-say-die attitude (on Tuesday) was tremendous and that should give them lots of confidence.
"We have 14 games to go. We are at the business end and still have a good opportunity if we keep believing and keep together."
