Police say they are "extremely concerned" for the welfare of a 17-year-old girl who went missing more than a week ago.
Alex Willoughby, a police cadet, lives in Oxford but has links to Kent and is said to have been considering moving to the county.
Alex, who is white, 5ft 7, slim, with blonde wavy hair and blue eyes, disappeared from Verbena Way in Oxford at around 9pm on Tuesday, November 14.
She was last seen wearing a grey Adidas t-shirt and sweatshirt, blue ripped jeans, a knee-length green Parka coat and black and white Adidas trainers.
Superintendent Joe Kidman said: “We are extremely concerned for Alex’s welfare. She is only 17 and has not been seen since Tuesday 14 November.
“Alex has connections to Kent, specifically Faversham, Whitstable, Sandwich, Margate and Sheerness, and has recently expressed a desire to move back to the county.
"Therefore, we would ask residents in those towns to remain vigilant and keep a look out for Alex.
"It is possible that Alex is using public transport either in or around Oxford, or has travelled to Kent by public transport, so again I would urge commuters to please keep a look out for her."
PCSO Agnieszka Gett, who knows Alex through the Police Cadets, said: "Alex is a bubbly, lively young person with a real sense of humour who makes friends easily and is very sociable.
"I want to say to Alex, if you are reading or hearing this message please contact the police so we know that you are safe and well.
"We are really concerned for your welfare and just want to make contact with you. I’m sure we can sort out any problems. Please call 101 as soon as you can."
Anyone with information on Alex's whereabouts is urged to call 101, quoting reference number 43170339604, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
