A MAN is in a serious condition in hospital after being stabbed in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Police were called to a disturbance on the Spittals Cross Estate at Edenbridge, near Tonbridge, just after midnight to discover the man had been stabbed.

A Kent Police spokeswoman confirmed that investigations are continuing.
