Sixty jobs have been created in Medway thanks to the opening of a new sports wear shop.

Sportsdirect.com has various vacancies available at its new store which opens next month in Gillingham High Street.

It will stock all top names such as Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Umbro, Lonsdale and Dunlop and will cater for all the family with a range of clothing and footwear for babies and toddlers as well as dedicated areas for men’s and ladies.

Alongside the sports and fashion wear specialist areas will cater for golf, football, rugby, racquet sports and running enthusiasts.

Sportsdirect already has a store in Strood High Street.
