Skoda is releasing a special edition of its incredibly popular Yeti crossover, with more equipment at no extra cost.
The Yeti Adventure, which is based on the mid-range and best-selling SE grade as a base, will benefit from 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels, a black roof and matching mirrors, silver roof rails and black side mouldings with chrome ledges. Only two colour choices are offered: flat white or metallic silver, with no extra charge for the latter.
There are interior upgrades too, with special edition Adventure upholstery featuring silver stitching and a tyre print design. There is also sat-nav, DAB digital radio, Bluetooth and a multi-function steering wheel to enable access to the telephone and audio functions.
Two 2.0-litre diesel engines are offered, with a 108bhp version the cheaper and lower-CO2 option, linked only to front-wheel drive. A more muscular 138bhp version will be sold only with four-wheel drive. Both drivetrains will only be available with manual gearbox.
Priced at £18,640 and £21,215 respectively, the lower- and higher-powered Yeti Adventures represent no price increase over the SE models on which they are based. They also qualify for a 7.9% interest finance offer run through Skoda dealerships, with three years’ free servicing as well.
