Snow has continued to fall in parts of Kent overnight.

It has settled and created a white blanket in parts of the county including Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Rochester.

Further showers are expected in east Kent later today, increasingly turning to rain or sleet.

Dry and sunny weather is predicted elsewhere with a maximum temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.
