Six services are cancelled and people are being advised to check on the Eurostar website before they travel.

Kent's gritters will be out again today treating the main routes and people should be careful of slips and falls on icy pavements, some of which could become impassable because of black ice.

The gritter drivers are also reminding people not to block smaller roads with their cars.

South East 4x4 Response, a team of highly skilled volunteers, is preparing to rescue motorists who could become trapped in the snow.

The volunteers work in extreme weather to support other emergency and council services when they are at fully capacity or unable to reach certain areas.
