Auctioneer Kevin Gilbert said: "The property is on the periphery of the town but within walking distance of the centre and of the railway station.

"The entire block is let under the terms of a 10-year lease from 2015 at a current rental of £17,750 per annum."

The property in Railway Street has the potential for development, as long as all necessary consents are obtainable.

Auctioneer John Stockey said: "This is an attractive property close to the town centre and opposite the railway station.

"It does need refurbishment and might be developed as long as all necessary consents are obtainable. It has extensive accommodation which can be arranged in various ways."

The freehold guide price is £400-410,000.
