Police

Police investigating frauds from cash machines want to hear from anyone who had their card detained in one.

In particular they want to speak to anyone who lost their card in an outside machine at a Barclays branch in West Kent in the past six months and has not yet spoken to police.

Det Con Richard Higham said: "Some people may have used a cash machine and lost their card but only reported the matter to their own bank. If that happened to you in West Kent please would you contact police as you may have information that would help with our investigation.'

Six people have been remanded by courts and three are on police bail in connection with this inquiry.
